Our Grenache is made in the Burgundian style like our Pinot Noir. Due to this technique, a lot of the the fruit was developed, so it tastes like a Grenache aspiring to be a Pinot Noir!
It is fair to say it is unusually full-bodied, soft and low in acidity. It is pretty powerful, but in general, it is an easy-drinking wine.
